A cottage thatpays for itself.

We design and build A-frame cottages, villas and resort exteriors. Fixed drawings, a measured quote, and a structure standing in 45 to 90 days instead of two years.

The hilltop plot before the rebuild: a low flat-roofed cabin with a dark timber face and a run of sliding glass, standing on the timber deck with the hot tub and steps already in place, at dusk. The finished A-frame on the same deck: a steep black gable with triangular steel glazing reflecting the sunset, the hot tub set into the timber deck, hills and a lake behind, at dusk.BeforeAfter
The same deck, hot tub and horizon. The building above them is the change.

Our work

Eight you can
walk around.

The same frame reads completely differently in woodland, on a rocky terrace and over water. Turn the ring and see.

A dark-clad A-frame with a steep gambrel roof, two dormer windows above and a deep covered verandah below, its rooms lit warm.
A two-storey timber villa with a steep shingled gable, a glass-railed balcony and an external staircase, on a lawn at dusk.
Three matching black A-frame cottages stepped along a rocky terrace, each with lattice gable glazing and a timber deck, at dusk.
A corrugated grey A-frame with a curved balcony over the entrance, a timber pool deck and a brick fire pit in front of it.
A white and charcoal A-frame villa with a glass-railed roof terrace, a wide timber deck with outdoor seating and a pool edge.
A black A-frame cabin in woodland, full-height gable glazing, a timber deck with two chairs and string lights along the rail.
A charcoal A-frame with an orange metal roof extending over a slatted deck, standing in an open field under cloud.
A hardwood-clad A-frame with a shingled roof, a railed balcony above and sliding glass doors onto a timber deck.

What it costs

Three bands, printed.

Indicative bands from the Indian prefab and cottage market, October 2026. Your number comes from the site visit, not this page.

  • Essential

    ₹1,250 – ₹1,550per sq ft

A sound, simple cottage. Steel or timber frame, standard roofing, basic finishes.

  • Most built

    Standard

    ₹1,800 – ₹2,600per sq ft

What most cottages are actually built at. Better glass, a proper deck, finishes that survive a monsoon.

  • Signature

    ₹3,400 – ₹5,400per sq ft

A cottage meant to be photographed and charged for. Full-height glazing, hardwood, concealed services.

Whole-unit prices and what is excluded

Send us the plot location
and a rough size.

That is enough for a first conversation. The site visit is where the number comes from.
